For anyone wanting to become Catholic.
Also for baptized adults needing to complete Christian initiation (reconciliation, communion, confirmation):
In order to register properly, candidates should do TWO things:
1) Download and fill out the RCIA registration form (here below) and email it back to saintclare150@gmail.com or print, fill out and leave it at the Church office before the date of beginning of classes. Please ensure to attach certificate of any sacrament you have already received. If you have been baptized in another faith, please also attach a copy of certificate.
